The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TerraRinse LLC. TerraRinse LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services provided through the website (collectively, the “Services”).
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit, access, interact with or purchase products through the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They contain important information regarding purchases, shipping, returns, warranties, disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given permission for your minor dependents to use the Services on devices that you own or manage.
To use certain parts of the Services or purchase products, you may be asked to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, payment information and shipping address.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you are authorized to provide and use that information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, colors, images, included components and other product information accurately.
Product colors or appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances or reasonable product updates. Minor differences that do not materially affect the function or intended use of a product will not be considered defects.
Product descriptions, specifications, availability and included components may be updated without prior notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantities available to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction.
Purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and applicable Limited Warranty.
SECTION 3 - PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
TerraRinse products must be used only for their intended purposes and in accordance with the instructions, warnings and product information provided with the product or on this website.
The TerraRinse pump must be placed in water before operation. Do not operate the pump dry.
The charging-port cover must be fully closed before the pump is submerged. Do not charge the product while the pump, charging port, cable or surrounding area is wet.
Keep charging cables, power adapters, power banks and other electrical connections away from water.
TerraRinse detects and displays water temperature but does not heat water. Customers are responsible for using water at a safe and comfortable temperature.
The built-in inlet filter helps block larger debris. It does not purify, sterilize or make water safe for drinking.
When using relatively clear lake or river water, keep the pump away from heavy mud, sand, leaves, thick sediment and other excessive debris.
Saltwater use is not recommended. If any component is exposed to saltwater, sand, mud or other debris, rinse it thoroughly with fresh water and allow it to dry completely before storage.
Children should use TerraRinse products only under responsible adult supervision.
Failure to follow product instructions, warnings, charging requirements or reasonable maintenance procedures may cause damage and may affect return or warranty eligibility.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from TerraRinse LLC.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, inventory limitations, shipping restrictions or inaccurate customer information.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been authorized and an order confirmation has been issued.
Please review your order, shipping address and contact information carefully before submitting your purchase.
Because orders may be prepared quickly, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order after it has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the shipping carrier.
If we decline, modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, telephone number or billing information provided with the order.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which is available through the policy links on this website.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
SECTION 5 - PRICES, PROMOTIONS AND BILLING
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, bundles, promotional offers and product availability may change without prior notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing, typographical or technical errors.
Applicable sales taxes, if any, will be calculated or displayed at checkout.
Free standard shipping and tracking are included for eligible orders delivered within the United States unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms. If promotion-specific terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the promotion-specific terms will apply to that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete purchase, billing and payment information.
You represent and warrant that:
1. The payment information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3. Charges submitted through your payment method will be honored.
4. You will pay all amounts properly charged in connection with your purchase.
We may use Shopify Payments and other authorized payment service providers to process transactions and transfer settlement funds. The use of a payment provider does not change the fact that your purchase is made from TerraRinse LLC.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.
Every eligible U.S. order ships free and includes tracking unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
Orders are typically prepared within 1 day, Monday through Saturday. Carrier pickup may occur on the same day or on the next scheduled pickup. Orders placed on Sunday are generally processed the following Monday.
Delivery usually takes approximately 8–14 days after dispatch.
All preparation, dispatch and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation interruptions, customs processing, incorrect addresses or other unforeseen events.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
TerraRinse LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information provided by the customer.
If tracking indicates that an order may be lost, damaged or otherwise affected during transit, contact us at support@terrarinse.com. We will review the available shipment information and provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their contents, including trademarks, brand names, logos, product names, text, graphics, photographs, product images, videos, audio, page layouts, designs and software, are owned by or licensed to TerraRinse LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Services only for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes.
Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, download, store, transmit, sell or commercially exploit any portion of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or license in any trademark, copyright, patent, design or other intellectual property belonging to TerraRinse LLC, Shopify or any third party.
The TerraRinse name, logo, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks or commercial identifiers of TerraRinse LLC or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
Shopify’s names, logos and trademarks belong to Shopify or its affiliates.
All other third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to tools, applications or services operated by third parties.
We do not necessarily monitor, control or endorse these third-party tools.
Third-party tools may be provided “as is” and “as available” and may be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy policies.
Your use of third-party tools is at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any applicable third-party terms.
We may introduce additional features, tools or services in the future. Unless otherwise stated, those features will form part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms.
SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may include links to websites, applications or content operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the accuracy, security, legality or content of third-party websites or services.
Accessing third-party websites is at your own discretion and risk.
TerraRinse LLC is not responsible for losses, damages or disputes resulting from purchases, communications or activities conducted directly with a third party.
Questions or complaints regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant third party.
SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
TerraRinse is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, all sales and purchases made through our store are entered into directly with TerraRinse LLC.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and TerraRinse LLC, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products or services purchased through our store.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with TerraRinse LLC.
SECTION 11 - PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy is available through the Privacy Policy link in the footer or policy section of this website.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide, maintain and improve its services.
Information submitted through our store may be shared with Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, analytics providers and other service providers that assist us in operating the store.
Some service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you reside.

This license allows us to use customer content to operate, evaluate, improve and promote the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
1. You own the content or have the necessary rights to provide it.
2. The content is accurate and not misleading.
3. You have disclosed any compensation or incentive received in connection with the content.
4. The content does not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
5. The content does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene or malicious material.
We are not required to keep feedback confidential, pay compensation for feedback or respond to feedback unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may monitor, edit or remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
You may not submit reviews under a false identity or misrepresent the origin, ownership or authenticity of submitted content.
SECTION 13 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges or delivery estimates.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel affected orders when information is materially inaccurate.
If an order is cancelled because of an error, any amount charged for the cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method.

You may not use the Services:

Termination does not affect obligations or liabilities incurred before termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that access to the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any express written warranty provided by TerraRinse LLC or any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TerraRinse LLC and its members, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from or relating to the Services or products purchased through the Services.
This may include lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, loss of opportunity or similar damages.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer protection rights.
SECTION 19 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TerraRinse LLC, Shopify and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
1. Your material breach of these Terms.
2. Your violation of applicable law.
3. Your infringement of another person’s rights.
4. Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services.
This indemnification obligation does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by the negligence, willful misconduct or legal responsibility of TerraRinse LLC or another indemnified party.
SECTION 20 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Any unenforceable portion will be treated as severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 21 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with the policies and operating rules posted on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and TerraRinse LLC regarding your use of the Services.
They replace prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
SECTION 22 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of service provider or other legitimate business transaction, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 23 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which TerraRinse LLC provides the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and TerraRinse LLC consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights, remedies or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The headings contained in these Terms are provided for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of any provision.

The current version of these Terms of Service will be available on this page.

Changes will apply from the effective date stated in the updated Terms or notice.
Your continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
